Returns
Not happy with your order? Return your unused item within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered by the customer — email us first and we'll send you instructions.
10 Days
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we'll send a confirmation email and process your refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Free For Damage
Exchanges
Love the product but picked the wrong scent? Exchange it for a different scent within 30 days — no cost difference on the product, just the shipping. Anything that arrives damaged, we'll replace at no additional charge.
